Unlock Natural Light
Saturday, March 28, 2026 ~ 12:00 – 2:00pm
• Feel confident walking into any bright room and knowing exactly what to do
• Create portraits that look polished, powerful, and professional
• Stop guessing and start seeing light in a whole new way
• Build images you are proud to post, print, and sell
• Walk away knowing how to repeat your results every time
• Finally move beyond “stand by the window and smile”
Natural light feels simple. Until it isn’t. You have probably stood someone by a window, crossed your fingers, and hoped it looked good. Sometimes it does. Most times it falls flat. In this class, you will learn how to see light differently. You will learn how to shape it, move with it, and control it so your images feel rich, dimensional, and full of life. Instead of hoping for magic, you will know how to create it.
We will teach, demonstrate, and shoot together. You will start by simply moving around a studio model and watching how small changes in angle completely transform a photo. Then we will add simple tools that help you guide the light instead of fighting it. Finally, we will layer in extra light sources to create portraits that look bold and intentional. You will receive a take-home guide of every setup and leave with real images you captured yourself for your portfolio and marketing.
This is your chance to stop guessing and start creating images that stand out. Join us on March 28 and learn how to turn everyday light into something extraordinary.

Why Natural Light Seems So Hard
Natural light looks easy. It is everywhere. But it changes constantly. It shifts with the time of day. It moves when you move. It fades behind clouds. Without understanding how to position yourself and your subject, it feels unpredictable and frustrating. That is why so many photographers settle for “good enough” instead of truly powerful portraits.
Common Sticking Points
Not knowing where to place your subject, Fear of harsh shadows or blown out highlights, No plan when the light changes, Limited access to practice models, Unsure how to use reflectors or simple helpers, Belief that natural light equals flat images
What You Will Gain
You will learn how to read light quickly and adjust with confidence. You will leave with simple setups you can repeat at your next session. You will know how to shape light on purpose so your work looks consistent, polished, and intentional every time.
